The products themselves were totally fine, no complaints there. But trying to manage my subscription was kind of a hassle and took way more clicks than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, just a bit annoying tbh.

I’ve ordered a couple times and everything showed up fine, so I do feel like it’s trustworthy so far. That said, the shipping was slower than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Overall I’m happy enough with the experience, just not totally blown away.

The box looked nice at first, but I was a bit disappointed when it arrived with some dents. It wasn’t terrible, just not quite what I expected.

I found what I needed quickly, and the whole site was easy to get around. The pages loaded without any issues (always a plus), and checkout was simple with no confusing extra steps. I also liked that the product info was right there and easy to read.

I’m happy with my purchase. The prices seemed fair, and the products held up better than I expected. Not saying it’s perfect, but for what I paid, it definitely felt worth it...

I started looking through the ingredients maybe last week, or it might’ve been the week before, and most of them seemed fine to me. There were just a couple that made me stop and wonder a bit. I wish they gave a little more explanation about what everything is and why it’s included.

Well... I really wanted to like these products, but after using them a couple of times, my skin started getting red and itchy. I’m sure they might work fine for other people, but they just didn’t agree with my skin. Shipping was totally fine, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

I don’t trust promo codes much anymore because half the time they either expire or don’t apply at checkout. But I tried one on julep.com and it actually went through, even with some sale items in my cart. Ended up paying less than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’m still a little skeptical in general, but this time it worked out and I’d probably check back again

I’m impressed with how many shades there are. The color selection is kind of ridiculous in the best way, and it was actually easy to find ones I’d wear every day. I grabbed 3, and all of them ended up looking great.

I ordered this lipstick thinking it was going to be more of a soft rose shade, but when it arrived I was a little confused because it looked much brighter and way more orange on me. The formula itself was fine, so I don’t really have a complaint there, but the shade photos didn’t feel very accurate in my case.

I’m usually not the best with makeup stuff, mostly because I’m always rushing or convincing myself I don’t have the patience for it, but this went on really smoothly and didn’t take much time at all. Super simple and I’m really happy with how it turned out

I’ve ordered from Julep a few times now, and so far I’ve been really happy with everything. The nail polish goes on super smooth, and it actually lasts without chipping right away, which is a big deal for me. The colors also look really close to the photos online, so there haven’t been any weird surprises. i was just casually impressed at first. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why aren’t all polishes this easy to use? Everything feels worth the price, and I don’t really have anything bad to say. I’ll definitely keep buying from them
